I purchased a KIA 2025 Seltos a few days ago. My salesperson was Kirk, and let me tell you about my experience dealing with him. He’s amazing, informative, very kind and has a heart of gold. The second person I dealt with is the one and only Rana in the Finance Department. She made everything painless, easy, and quick. She has such a wonderful soul. When it comes to buying a car in the future I won’t need to look around as I found the Dealership I will come back too, and if Kirk’s not there, just ask him how many laughs I gave him!!!

Took my Kia Soul here to have some issues checked over. It's ended up being extensive and expensive to fix. The service department was extremely helpful, especially Tina, but it ended up being too much money to put in to an old car. They took my car as a trade in with a fair value despite what work needed to be done and had me in a "new to me" car, within my budget, within days of my Kia Soul being brought in. Everyone was very helpful and kind ... and felt quite bad for me. Kirk was an absolute lifesaver. He made a very stressful situation into a very enjoyable one. He made my mom and I feel very comfortable. We never once felt pressured into purchasing something outside of my budget and he worked with the information given to him to get me the best deal possible. He is full of knowledgeable advice and funny stories and was there through every step of the process ... right down to showing me how to use all the features of the car before I left the lot.
Durda in Finance was also extremely helpful to work with and made the financing a breeze.
I had a great experience with everyone I came in contact with at this dealership and owe many thanks to everyone that assisted in getting me in a new car within my budget.
I went from a 2014 Kia Soul to a 2021 Kia Forte and I finally feel safe in my car.

I purchased a 2019 Kia Soul this week. My sales person was Paul and I had an absolutely wonderful experience dealing with him. He made buying a car such an ease. All information I needed he already had or quickly remembered to retrieve for me. He was able to accommodate any questions, concerns or needs that I had. I highly recommend Cardinal Kia and if you do end up looking for a car there, I recommend Paul as your sales person!

I purchased a used Ford F150 from this dealer summer last year. I saw the ad the night before, the price was great, there were 50+ photos, and the CarFax was attached. I placed a deposit (which they honoured despite great interest in the vehicle) and made the 3hr drive down to see it. The vehicle was as described when I came to see it. The day I came to collect it was pleasant too, other than the pushiness of the warranty (it's a dealer, they have to make money, I get it).
Throughout the process I spoke with Paul S. Paul was friendly, quick to answer questions, and helpful.
My only complaint would be the low offer for my then-current truck. They offered $8K for it, I sold it privately 5 days later for $29K. But I get it, no dealer wants a deleted diesel.
That being said, I would buy another used vehicle from this dealer without a second thought.
