I went for the test drive and I ended up leaving that day purchasing a brand new vehicle. Cardinal Kia provides outstanding service, above and beyond anything I could have imagined or asked for! My sales representative was Paul and from the moment I contacted him for the test drive and after purchasing he was very prompt with his responses and helpful. After purchasing the vehicle, at pickup he made sure to sit in the car with me and walk me through all the cool and techy features or anything I was unsure how to use (as a young lady this is something I really appreciated). I was then introduced to Majid, the general sales manager who was very sweet and an excellent business man. Lastly, I was introduced to Durda who is the financial service manager. She is honest, very thorough and great at her job, she even taught me a few things I didn't know and have never been told in my history of purchasing a vehicle. I have been a loyal Kia customer since 2021 and I have been to a couple different locations however, Cardinal Kia is the best location by far! Not only for their amazing service for you and your vehicle but also for how welcoming, friendly and helpful they are. Might I add their complimentary snacks, beverages and massage chairs while you wait are the cherry on top!
