This is what the next Kia Seltos will look like

The next Kia Seltos has been unveiled recently in Korea and it shows what to expect from the restyled subcompact SUV that should arrive in Canada for the 2024 model year.

A new exterior style

The next Kia Seltos will benefit from a refreshed style that will ensure it stays modern and young looking for the years to come. The majority of the changes will be seen on the front and rear ends of the Seltos, the latter of which will receive a revised bumper and an entirely new design for the rear lamps, which will now be integrated into a full-width lightbar.

Up front, the next Seltos will retain its distinctive daytime running lights that extend into the grille but it shapes them into a new design that will make the new model easily recognizable from the current one. The grille and the bumper will also be updated to match the rest of the Kia lineup. A number of new paint colours and contrasting body and roof combinations will allow owners to make their next Seltos look exactly as they want.

An interior that is completely reworked

The most dramatic changes will be found inside the next Kia Seltos, where the instrument cluster and the center screen will be merged into a single raised panel that will hold both the infotainment screen and the digital gauges. In addition to looking more modern and more in line with the other recent Kia models, this will make the infotainment of the Seltos easier to reach for shorter drivers.

Another important change found inside the next Seltos is the presence of a new rotary transmission gear selector, which replaces the traditional shift lever. This new control takes up less space in the center console, which makes the Seltos more practical and more comfortable by giving more interior space for the driver and the front passenger.
