This is an amazing dealership. There is no deception in their sales. In fact, there are no "sales tactics" at all with Sean, and I suspect within the rest of the dealership. (I've been in sales for 30 years myself, and nobody here tried to put "the sales mojo" on me at all). Even my girlfriend said "he sells like you do. He sells with his heart."
Folks, if you ever want to go for an afternoon drive in something different, go talk to Sean Fowler. You will know right from the start that he "shoots straight from the hip."
Kia are also very cool vehicles for your dollar, as I just found out. I've been a GM guy for decades.
I would also like to to show gratitude to Rana, the finance and insurance manager. She is the kindest lady and really knows her stuff. If you think you can't afford it, guess again. Call her to talk about financing. I did. I was very surprised.
I did not investigate who the dealer principal is. I believe Matt to be amongst the ranks of management. He was very pleasant on the phone as well.
Please add this note for them - Fantastic job in staffing your dealership! The measures you must go to, in order to keep such strong and family feel within a dealerships organizational culture is astounding. You know how to pick the right people.
It's easy to be a "nice boss", but to create a flow of a family style positivity from one department to the next takes hard-core dedication. Well done people. Well done. I will come back.
